ESSEX and England cricket legend Graham Gooch will be signing copies of Essex CCC Memories during Sunday's (May 27) home Royal London One Day Cup match against Surrey at Chelmsford.
Gooch, who wrote the foreword to our lavish, full colour hardback, will be outside the Essex Cricket Store at the Cloudfm County Ground between innings, which is expected to be around 2.00-2.30pm.
One of the most successful record-breaking batsmen of his generation, 'Goochie' is one of 25 past and present players interviewed in the book, which contains more than 150 illustrations and 120,000 words spanning 372 pages.

You have done an amazing job deserving of congratulations of, not only me, but everyone at Essex. I have been through my copy and there is delight on every page. I have heard nothing but plaudits from the Essex members, which I trust will lead to healthy sales. How you (and your team) achieved such miracles in the timescale you set yourself, I shall never know. Congratulations on a wonderful production. Tony Debenham (Chairman, Peter Edwards Museum management committee, Essex CCC)
